Amay Gupta is enthusiastic young blood known as the Quick Learner of the J.R. Group. From the age of 17-18 years, he started going to the field and showed keen interest in the business. After completing the graduation, Mr. Amay Gupta looks after the family managed business and is always eager to learn new techniques and thrives to deliver better quality products. He looks after all the on-floor activities, coordinates with the management team, works on how to reutilize the waste products and continuously concentrates on evolving the organizational design for the group’s next phase of growth.
